The recipient field of a mint request takes a few different types of values to specify different places to send NFTs.

Sending NFTs to blockchain addresses

To accomplish this, the recipient format is the following:
<chain>:<address>
The abbreviations used for chains are detailed below. Some example values for the recipient field specifying blockchain addresses are: poly:0x12618f46ff6e841470bf71f428aae41ee5bc3c39, or sol:3Q5Ua7XQCdFZhgQGiDCzbLLJnx4AzfE658JvPQALxMSs

Sending NFTs to email addresses

To mint an NFT on a given chain and send it to an email address, the following format is used:
email:<email address>:<chain>
The NFT can then be accessed by logging into Crossmint with the specified email address.
